Tyseley Locomotive Works

Tyseley Locomotive Works is the engineering subsidiary of the Birmingham Railway Museum Trust, which is a registered educational charity. The Trust was established to preserve and demonstrate the steam locomotives in the Tyseley collection. Vintage Trains operates trains on the main line using locomotives based at Tyseley Locomotive Works.

The Visitor Centre is usually open at weekends only (from 10:00 to 16:00). Please check with the Museum on 0121 707 4696 beforehand if you are intending to visit.
