- Restoration Office: Tues, Wed, Thurs, 10.30am - 12.30pm
- The Saracen's Head Building is currently closed whilst restoration works are carried out. Tours of the Old Grammar School, church, and the exterior of the Tudor building take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10am and 11am; contact the Restoration Office for details.

- There are toilets available in the Old Grammar School, and portaloos outside the church, temporarily until the Tudor building is re-opened.

- There is currently access to the church and the ground floor of the Old Grammar School only.
